Suggest Treatment For Frequent Cold And Sinus Infection

I am 28, married for past 10 months. Post marriage I started facing frequent health problems. I got my bloodtest doen which showed me low on haemoglobin, vitamins and calcium. Doctor recommended tablets for all 3 which are on. I am also taking medecines for Sinus. I an still not completely cured. I fall ill twice in a month either its extreme weakness, fever, cold or loose motions. my weight is 63 kg and height is 5.7. Please advice.

Hi, sinusitis and anemia are usually not correlated and but decreased immunity because of dietary deficiency can be a cause of infections. You are taking supplements for that but a balanced diet in an otherwise healthy adult makes the use of supplements unnecessary. For sinusitis please take nasal decongestants with mucolytics and steam inhalation for few days and if symptoms do not improve, please consult an ENT and a CT scan paranasal sinuses may be required to evaluated the status of para nasal sinuses.
