Impression: L4-5 disc bulge with right foraminal herniation, resulting in moderate to severe right greater than left foraminal stenosis but no central stenosis. Annular disc bulge with right-foranimal superimposed herniation at L5-S1, resulting in right lateral recess and right greater than left foraminal stenosis
