Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain With A History Of Morton S Neuroma
I had surgery for mortons neuroma in March. That pain is gone however now I have a small amount pain on the ball of my foot when I walk but I have extreme pain on the top of my foot. It feels like a severe bruise. It is very painful to touch and have a hard time walking
It can be a post operative infection. I would recommend you to show this foot to doctor who has operated on you. If there is any wound complication, any pus discharge then it can be treated with either regular dressing, due course of antibioitics. Some time there is accumulation of pus inside the wound and then it might need a repeat surgery for drainage of the pus. I would suggest you to do it as early as possible so that infection will not spread any further and it will not involve bone.
