Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning

Hello, My girlfriend has had food poisoning since Wednesday. All signs pointed to food poisoning. It seemed better yesterday, but now it came back with a vengeance and she was up again all last night vomiting and dry heaving. Her symptoms now include tingling and numbness all over the body, nausea, dizziness, sore muscles and a dry mouth. She is well hydrated and has been drinking pedialyte and water. I have made chicken noodle soup for her to eat, but she is unable to finish even half a cup of soup. We are worried about the tingling and numbness. Her eyes are tracking fine and she is coherent

There are signs of underlying fluid and electrolyte imbalance.

Primary tips at present:
- Give her more liquids in form of boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water,
organic tea, coffee.
- Easily digestible food stuffs will support.
- Avoid all spices, non veg, and hot beverages.
