Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning

I am being treated for food poisoning , however my doctor has not prescribed me any medication for loose motions..I am afraid of taking an OTC incas it reacts with my existing meds, Kindly suggest a good medicine I am taking the below meds : For Nausea : Ondem For fever : Dolo 650 For the infection : Cifran 500

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the food poisoning then it may not need any treatment only thing is hydration and that needs to be taken care it is the self limiting if it is associated with some other symptoms like fever, then it may needs antibiotic like Ofloxacin with Tinidazole hope this information helps.
