I have a flutter feeling on my right side. Just under my right breast, in my chest. It is not painful....best description I can give is it feels like when your early in pregnancy and feel the baby flutter. No diabetes or high BP. Recently started taking 50mg Trazadone at night for sleep issues. Not sure that could have anything to do with it...

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get EKG and Echocardiogram for these symptoms to rule out any structural heart disease or abnormal heart rhythm.

If those are unremarkable chest X-ray and ultrasound abdomen may be needed as well. These symptoms can also he due to anxiety etc so if all work up is normal a psychiatrist advise may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
