Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Fever And Sore Lower Back

I have had a high tempof 39.5 for the past 6 days taking pamol every 4 hours. My temp will drop but rise again at the end of the 4 hour period. My lower back is sore and have slight chest pains. I feel run down. Have taken a couple of days of work which is out of the norm for me

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having viral fever giving rise generalized weakness, body ache and malaise giving this problem.
If fever persisted for longer time, go for complete blood test to find out the cause of having fever.
Meanwhile continue with pain medicine as needed.
Take plenty of water and liquids.
Ok and take care.
