Hi welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concern.
Hypothyroidism leads to your frequent blood pressure fluctuations. You need to start using Eltroxin and anti hypertensives. It may take 6-8 weeks for your blood pressure to settle,so do not worry.Monitor your blood pressure regularly.Do not stop your medication until your doctor advises.Repeat thyroid profile after 6 weeks once you start eltroxin.Dietary salt restriction to 6gm per day and avoid cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower.Exercise daily for half an hour.Drink 3-4 litres of water.Get ECG,2 D ECHO,lipid profile as a part of cardiac check up of your heart.Consult cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any.
Thankyou
