Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Floaters in front of eyes can be due to degeneration of viterous humor which is common in myopics. The refractive error in eyes is not related to nutritional deficiency. The power can be reduced by laser surgery. I suggest you to consult your ophthalmologist for clinical assessment to look for cause of floaters and to assess whether laser surgery can be done or not.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
