Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

My blood pressure is 150/90. For most of my life until recently, it has been low....110/70. I have put on weight...about 40 lbs. I am 57 years old. I have fybermyalgia and am in chronic pain so get very little exercise. Any suggestions for help?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your blood pressure is high.
Consult the MD physician for better treatment of blood pressure.
He will provide selective beta blocker to control blood pressure.
For fibromyalgia consult the psychiatric.
Doctor will provide following medicine for pain of fibromyalgia.
Yous should consult the psychiatric ofr better treatment
Drug that help to reduce pain:
Tramadol, duloxentine, savella
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Avoid negative self talk and behavior
Be creative and learn new things
Spends more time with family and friends

Life style changes are as below:
Start exercise: Play mind games and walking and swimming
Acupuncture therapy
Regular yoga
Relaxation therapy: whole body massage and breathing technique in fresh air
Bath in salted water
Maintain weight according to normal BMI
Take healthy diet.
Green leafy vegetables, milk, meat, chicken that high in magnesium
Diet rich in omega three fatty acid: egg, salmon fish, flaxseed oi
