Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia Despite Taking Amitriptyline

Hi, I suffer from Fibro Myalgia and my doctor prescribes Amitryptalene (sp?) and I have been taking it for 4-5 years now. It only seems to help me sleep at night. I don t seem to be getting any relief from the fibro myalgia. I started going to a fitness center back in May 2016 hoping that this would help, but for the past 6 weeks I haven t been doing very well and is hard for me to go to the fitness center and I have been really struggling with the Fibro Myalgia. Should I go back and talk to my doctor?
