Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

The symptoms of fibromyalgia, anxiety disorder, PTSD and major depression shouldn't be ignored. These symptoms cause persistent disability and result in significant distress. You still have symptoms of fever, nausea, weakness, lower backache etc and for relief of these symptoms visit a good doctor for evaluation. If any organic cause found then take treatment accordingly. If nothing is found then visit a psychiatrist for treatment. It is common in fibromyalgia to have fever, nausea, backache etc symptoms. Medicines of SNRI drugs like Duloxetine, Venlafaxine etc help to control these symptoms. These medicines help to improve symptoms and result in better functioning.

I hope this helps you. Thanks, Take care
