Hi,

I'd advise you to take lyrica as it may help fibromyalgia by calming overly excited nerves that cause pain.

Other medications include Duloxetine/venlafaxine as they are superior for treating fibromyalgia.

All the above medications should be taken by prescription of your local doctor. You should have positive attitude in life, since you have normal MRI, bone scan and blood tests. It means that you do not have any chance of cancer till now.

Do not try to overindulge in day to day heavy work. Do have time for yourself and your family also.

You should do exercise regularly. At first, exercise may increase your pain. But doing it gradually and regularly often decreases symptoms. Appropriate exercises may include walking, swimming, biking and water aerobics.

Physical therapy is often recommended to help ease fibromyalgia pain. IT is uploaded on youtube. Do yoga as this practices combine meditation, slow movements, deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga will also help in having sound sleep.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein
