Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Febrile condition is challenging. It is due to infection and it can be viral, bacterial, or parasitic. All these need differentiation.

If this is the viral fever then it may take a week to attain normal temperature. If this is not the viral fever, then routine blood test is advisable.

Proper antibiotic or other treatment can only be judged after the test and clinical examination. It may be urinary tract infection, so routine urine is also needed. Till then, you can try Tab Paracetamol three times in day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
