She still Has wet nappies and is responding as normal. What should I do?

Hello. I just read through your question. The most likely diagnosis based on your report is a harmless viral illness. The fever typically lasts 2-3 days then resolves. Hydration is most important during the course. However, if the fever persists beyond this point, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
