Suggest Treatment For Fever, Rashes And Low Blood Platelet Count

Good Evening. Is a 90000 platelet count dangerous? My daughter is having fever since lat Saturday night until today, Wednesday. Fever ranges from 37.7-38.3C. She has rashes now. We brought to a hospital last night and since her platelet count is 132000 we are sent home and just requested for a reapeat of blood test. The bloodtest today is 90000. Still they do not want to admit in the hospital and requested for one more blood test tomorow. Is it reasonable? Do we need to worry?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The fever, rashes, and low platelet count can be because of the dengue or any viral infection. Nothing to be oanic, you can take symptomatic treatment like paracetamol for fever, and cetrizine for the rashes. Just get your platelet count checked, if there is drop in the platelet count below 30000 then you might need to get hospitalised. Repeating blood test is reasonable.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
