hello doctor my 14 months old baby girl whose weight is 11kg height 3feet approx having cold and cough from last 15 days but now got fever one hour before as her mother is having viral infection from last four days tell me is there any way to immidiately stop viral infection in the baby or how can it be cure fast

No.Viral infection will take its time.Normally 48-72 hours for the fever to come down.For virus there are no antiviral medicines. By maintaining good hydration,good nutrition and by taking adequate rest and not taking unnecessary antibiotics viral infection can cure fast.
