Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills, Cough And Headache

My husband has had a virus that my daughters and son had. fever, chills, headache. Last night after taking nyquil, he had a fever of 102. He woke up with a fever of 103.4 this morning. He slept most of the day and now has a 103.4 fever again. Also has coughing and was coughing up green mucus earlier. Now he is coughing up cloudy, yellowish mucus. Should I take him to the doctor or just wait it out tonight?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the persistence high grade fever then this need to be clinically examined and investigated and can not be taken any chance or risk, so better to see the doctor, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
