my roomate is suffering from fever, severe body pain and cough n cold for the past 4 days. we visited doc 3 days ago bt thrz hardly any improvement. in the night temperature increases and she starts feeling very restless. feels like vomiting but cudnt....

Initially to drop down the fever patient should be given paracetamol. for cough patinent given syrup Tus-Q. Laboratory investigation required blood smear for malaria parasite, complete blood count. after investigation patient should be treated according to the etiology. patient seems to be having common cold patient should be treated symptomatic
