Suggest Treatment For Fever, Body Aches And Headache

I have been running a fever 101.6 for two days. I have body aches and a headache. I have not eaten for two days, I throw up after the first bite. I have tried to stay hydrated, but I can t kep anything down. Last night I tried to work, I got extra hot and saw spots. I sweated so much that I quit sweating.

Thanks for your question on HCM & I do understand your concern

With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out infection by doing [CBC]with Parasite check for malaria. This will clear your doubts about what type of infection you have like viral, bacterial and parasitic in origin. Treatment depends upon exact findings and clinical examination only.
