For the last 9 days, every evening around 6 I develop a fever. I usually run around 97.5 and this is 99.8 to 100.4. I feel light headed, skin hurts, bones ache. I ve have sinus pressure for about 2 weeks. I can breath thru my nose, but I feel some crackling and some drainage. When I try to gently blow my nose I can t. Air blows bak into my throat . My throat is so dry at night my tongue sticks to the back of my throat. I have 3 knots on the right side of my neck below my ear.
