Suggest Treatment For Feeling Of Food Struck In Throat And Irritation

hi doctor!
i feel like i'm going to throw out,it seems like the food is just right on my throat and i think y throat is irritated but i dont khow the cause...or maybe with the soft taco i ate last day maybe because of the sauce,it's hot and spicy.but the amount i ate was so small,after that i ate pizza that's the tie i feel the awkward feeling it's cold anf i dont know how to describe it.

Please give answer to my plight.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms feeling of something stuck in throat after eating hot, spicy and heavy meal points towards a condition known as "ACID REFLUX"
Due to reflux of acid from stomach to throat and at tomes even to mouth there is irritation in throat and choked feeling and at times mucous in throat.

Nothing to worry as it does not seems to be a chronic finding and it has happened due to intake of spicy foods.
You can take an antacid twice a day for 3 days for relief.
Avoid spicy foods and take a bland diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Take a short walk after meals.
