Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver Disease

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease. My doctor has advised that I need to absolutely lose weight before I become sicker. I need to lose a lot of weight. I am overwhelmed with all the information I am reading as to the diet I should follow to help stop the progression of the disease.

Hi,

It isn't really a diet, it's less calories and more exercise. This is statistically unlikely to be followed as advice. This is due to the immediate reaction and emotional response part of the brain overriding any other input. There are not a lot of ways to handle these parts of the brain BUT there is a book that covers the possible ways.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Matt Wachsman
