Suggest Treatment For Fatigue,dizziness And Constipation

THese are my symptoms, thirsty all the time, constipation problems for the past month when I've always gone twice a day, stiffness in my fingers, body cramps, super tired, fatigued, either walking up the stairs or to the car, really tired, dizziness, what could this be?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue,dizziness and constipation . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like dehydration , medication reaction , side-effect , sleep deprivation , hypothyroidism and depression .I would suggest you to drink plenty of water , eat fibrous food like salad and fruits , avoid fatty and spicy food . Consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis . Doctor will take historyand blood test and also rule out chances of ear problem . Doctor may refer you to endocrinologist for hypothyroidism or psychologist .
