Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Dizziness When Suffering From Diabetes

I am a black male 74 years old 6/2 225lbs. type 2 diabetes. Recently had pacemaker put in. will be taking radiation for postate cancer in 6 weeks. was told that I had partial thyroid blockage. My problem, lack of energy. Like washing the car .dizziness,almost passing out. or just walking up the stairs. just weak.

If the thyroid hormone levels are low then this would contribute to your lack of energy and weakness.
This can easily be checked by blood tests and if low, thyroid hormone replacement can be used.

Fatigue can also be related to your prostatic disease or presence of heart disease.

In addition to assessing your thyroid status, you may also want to consider a complete blood count and cardiac investigations (eg ECG , echo).
