Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Depression

I have poloystic kidney disease my kidneys are functioning at 25 % I have servers fatigue. I am taking 120 MG of generic Lexapro and the fatigue has gotten bad all I want to do is stay in bed all day. It is either from the kidneys or the generic lexapro. Looking for some depression medicine that won t cause fatigue if that is the problem. I also am going to my kidney Dr. today but need some help with what to say. I feel like I m going crazy with this fatigue.

Hello Dear. Depression is common in this world. Simply taking medications will not help. You need to follow some other techniques also in life. If you go to a psychiatrist he/she may give you medications (eg- anxit, alprax, clonazepam) depending on your symptoms. Take the drugs as prescribed. Also follow the tips what i mention below.

Some of the tips to follow-

1. Socialize with people, family and friends
2. Develop some good hobbies- music, sports, reading books
3. Keep yourself busy. An idle mind is devils workshop.
4. Learn meditation techniques.
5. Take medications regularly as prescribed by your doctor
6. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
