Suggest Treatment For Eye Pain , Headache And Nausea

daily peripheral flashing lights in both eyes with pain in head and or pressure in head sometimes nausea... I wake up with it or sudden changes in light levels. what causes it? Migraines? I just saw my EYE DR.. neuro opthamologist...he said it s not my eyes causing it. CT scan negative for obvious tumor or brain bleed. Is a neurologist the next step?

Hello,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having

It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurrent headache which will cause the issues in you. A migraine is usually triggered by a trigger factor. I hope that I can help you. Here are a few things that you can try:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 5 days. Wishing you a speedy recovery. All the best.
Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further.
