General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the extremely painful muscle cramps causing headache can be related to adenomyosis or other hormone changes related to pituitary and hypothalamus glands.

Anemia with low hemoglobin levels gives loss of balance with vision disturbances ahead from systemic impact.

So far as treatment is concerned, I recommend a complete hemogram and ultrasound examination to find out the cause and manage accordingly.

Primary relief with acetaminophen or paracetamol intake (because dicyclomine can cause further giddiness and best to be avoided for your condition) with plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
