Suggest Treatment For Extreme Odour From Feet

i work with a client that has extreme odor coming from his feet. I had this person soak there feet for 30 minutes in lukewarm black tea. Afterwards, the feet looked yellow and what appeared to be really thick soft calluses over the entire bottom of both feet. Would using a foot file work to get rid of this thick skin? and would the odor go away once cleaned up?

Is there chances that person is having diabetes. then it should be controlled first to control progression. odor will go away once cleaned up if there is no infection. Sensation of the foot should be checked first because if nerves are not working properly, then a person can really damage the foot by using foot file.
