Suggest Treatment For Extreme Gas Problem

I am suffering from GAS problem from last 6 months and nothing seems to be heping me.. i have been taking OMESEC 20 from last 2 weeks and the effect of medicine lasts only for 2 - 3 hours from the time i consume the pill... could you please suggest me something which could help me resolve this problem completely...

take 1cap simethicone 125 mg in morning after meal and one at night before going to bed.
when you feel improvement then take only in morning then afterwards stop the medicine.
