General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

To avoid excessive sweating on face and head you should control your anger, anxiety, stress & try to stay cool. Get all your Thyroid function tests & tests for diabetics be done & get treated.

In the meantime, stay away from oily, fatty food that is spicy, garlic, onion, hot peppers. Use Antiperspirants when required, Botox injections are also effective as they control the nerves from producing excessive sweats. Get examined if there is no improvement you may require a surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
