Hi
Welcome to the health care magic and thanks for asking your query here

Your symptoms are most likely caused by premenstrual syndrome which is very common and almost 75% women experience some of its symptoms
However the condition is self limiting and pass on as ur period passes

do proper rest , take over the counter pain medications like ibuprofen to relieve pain but if it is so severe that it is tempering ur life than u must visit ur gynecologist for further evaluation of the condition

I hope it help
Thanks again
