General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Unfortunately he is having a very advanced stage of the disease( cancer has spread to other organs). Curative treatment is not possible at this stage. Only palliative chemo or radiation is possible.

He is having difficulty in swallowing food, stenting can be done. Consult an oncologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
