Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you are under stress then try to find the cause and reduce it. Do some relaxation exercises. Do blood tests Hb, TC, DC, fasting sugar, Prolactin, TSH and Testosterone to see if there is any cause other then stress. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check your BP. Tadalafil is usually prescribed, you can get a prescription from local doctor.
