Given your age, i really wouldn't worry about this :) Fluctuating sexual feelings , erratic erections, arousals etc are quite normal during this phase of your life.
The frequency of urine output tho, does concern me a tad, depending on how often this is. If you have to wake up at night or feel a sensation of incomplete emptying of bladder, or have a burning pain while urinating, please go to a physician and have it looked at. A urinary infection may well explain all your symptoms, including feeling dizzy. In the meantime, drink lots of water and try getting in some exercise daily.
Stay healthy!
