Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Dear Doctor, Recently I was observed, when Im doing sexual intercourse, my penis erection level is not up to my satisfiction and it is soft, I was approached one doctor, he advised me to go for Penile Doppler Test, the result shows, there is some blockage in the blood path which is connection to penis (pressuor of blood to penis is slow) and he is advised me to take Caverta 50 Mg before going for sex, but when I use this tablet, Im having 100% satisfaction, but what could be the permenant solution for this problem. Please advise

You have not mentioned your age in your query .
The erectile Dysfunction that you have is Vasculogenic in origin which is being confirmed by Penile Doppler Scan .

If you are above 55 years of age the only reason for your blocked arteries is due to age related atherosclerosis which can be reversed by any means ,

If you are happy with using Caverta I would suggest you to continue with it .

As regards permanent solution you can consult qualified Urologist and explore possibility of going for Extra Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy which helps to develop collateral circulation in penis and improve blood flow to penis .
