Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Tiredness

Hi, Im 25yo Male. 165cm 75kg, excercise regularly 4/7, good diet. Main presenting complain: difficult to get/maintain erection, low libido. Hx PC: used to easily get aroused by visual/mental stimulation. But now its difficult to get one. Even by physical arousal atempt. History of porn addiction, could masturbate 1-3time daily. But now its difficult and doesnt feel like doing anything. (Am i just becoming self control or I have problem?) assoc with: Tiredness, excessive sleep 10hrs/day or I could be just lazy. Nocturia (1 or more per night) but may be because I drink a lot, and consume high caffeine before my workout around 4-5pm. Urgency Depression? How do I know this. Im getting married next year. Makes me start to concern about this. Never had sex before. How do I know I have ED or is it just me overthinking? Differentials: -Low testosterone -Hypothyroid -Diabetes -psychologycal: Anxiety, depression

I understand your concern.
The problem what you are encountering with getting erection and tiredness appears more likely to be psychological in nature than physical illness.
You need to develop more confidence by practising behavioral therapy like 'pauze and squeeze' technique regularly along with pelvic floor exercises.
Also, take in your diet milk, papaya, almonds, dates, saffron and honey, which are known to improve blood supply to the penis.
You can take Tablet. Tadalafil to get proper erection when necessary.
Control anxiety by practising meditation regularly.
Since your age is young, gradually, you should gain confidence and easily overcome this problem.
