Suggest Treatment For Episodes Of Arrhythmia

I am female and 79. I had a bout of arrhythmia yesterday and my heart normally goes back down with supplements, particularly magnesium glycinate, around 70. However, today my pulse is around 100. I have tried the usual methods to get it down, but none of them are working. What would you recommend? Thank you.
