Hello
Increased eosinophil counts is a sign of some allergic reaction. A count of 510 means it is still above the normal range. Looking at your complaints, you seem to be getting better when you take the medicine prescribed. Try to find out the triggers, ( dust/ pollen/ perfume/ air pollutants)for the allergies by inhalation and avoid it as much as possible. Your respiratory system responds to the irritants by producing more eosinophils in order to put the trigger out of the body. So, by avoiding the allergens and taking medicines which trigger excessive activation of eosinophils, you could probably keep check on the counts.
