Hello doctor, My son is eighteen months old and he is having enlarged liver and spleen after some viral infection. All his reports have come normal and LFT is also fine. No particular reason has been highlighted in the reports. He has lost lot of weight n muscle n stopped walking or sitting. No medication has been prescribed saying liver will heal on its own. It s been five weeks n still v hardly see any difference. Please suggest n tell that how much time does it take for liver to shrink back to his normal size. His tummy is still bloated and hard.
