Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Tonsils

I have enlarged tonsils and have been told i have to have them out as got lymph node pain in neck, chest pain and racing heart, abdominal and pelvic pain. It is also affecting nervous system and kidneys.. I feel tired (although not sleeping), dizzy, sick and weak.

For enlarged tonsil, I would like to suggest the conservative management after throat swab culture and antibiotic sensitivity and avoid drinking cold water etc.
