General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have enlarged prostate. Inflammation of the prostate and enlargement can also contribute to testicular pain. Sometimes fluid may collect in the testicles, producing pressure on nerves and causing pain. I would suggest to go for USG scrotum/pelvis to find cause. Also go for free PSA test, biopsy to rule out cancer. Following treatment will useful for prostate enlargement:

- Tablet Tamsulosin
- Tablet Finasteridine
- Take antibiotic according to doctor advise
- Take tablet Ibuprofen for pain

Wear scrotum support device and loose inner wear. Other specific treatment depend on cause.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
