Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Adenoids

My son is 9 years of age and he is suffering from enlarged adenoids and an enlarged bone in his nose, he is getting recurrent infections. Sometimes, it starts with blocking of the nose and then goes to throat or vice versa. I have been sick and tired of giving antibiotics to him after every 2 to 3 months, he does snore a bit in the night sometimes. Is there any permanent solution to it.

hello, thanks for your query, adenoid hypertrophy causing snoring, mouth breathing, nasal obstruction, recurrent respiratory infections should be managed by surgical removal. as such medical treatment will not help in adenoid in chroic cases. all d best. take care.
