Suggest Treatment For Elevated Liver Enzymes

Recently Ive had my blood work done. My wbc count was down .6 and liver enzymes were elevated to 42 I have been taking anti inflammatories for a couple of monhths and also venlafaxine for a year. In June I had botox treatment for my wrinkles. My blood test was taken in early August. Can these meds cause my levels to be abnormal?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi !I had gone through your question and I understand your concern.

I would say that taking these drugs ) Antiinflamator and Venlafaxine less) for a long time cause side effect and one of these is damage your lives .And this is shown in high Tramsaminas AST/ALT.
Botox does not affect the liver .
Also eating faty food , drinking alcohol, being overweight , comon virus infection can cause high liver enzymes.
I would advice you if you can to decrease the used of the antiimflamator , eat healthy ( low fatt diet, if you use alcohol try to stop slowly.) .And repeat the lives test after 3 month .

Wish you good health
