General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is still high levels of triglycerides, you need addition of certain anti lipid molecules which acts exclusively on triglyceride synthesis and storage as through hormone sensitive lipase pathway of the liver.

Kindly discuss the issue with the treating physician along with starting dietary care, regular exercises and weight control program.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
