Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of eczema, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily along with a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the spots.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, antibiotics and hydroxyzine given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
