HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, stress, heat , dryness can worsen eczema in some persons.

In terms the dryness, part of treatment of eczema involves keeping the affected areas moist with water and moisturizing creams.
The creams are applied repeatedly throughout the day , after bath time applied within three minutes before all water dried off (to seal in water)

The use of a topical steroid for a short period of time is also recommended. This would require a prescription from your doctor.

I hope this helps
