Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain On And Off

I just had a baby 7 weeks ago and for the last 3 weeks or so, I have been getting these ear aches off and on. It will come and go throughout the day and it feels like my ears are muffled, almost like they need to pop, but popping them doesn't help, and there is no water in them. I am also getting a little dizzy while it happens. It happens at least every other day and will last for hours sometimes. What could this be?

in my opinion this is eustachian tube catarrh. this happens when eustachian tube I.e. a tube connecting middle ear to nasopharynx, inflammation leads to blockage of tube and middle ear aeration dsnt occur properly. it gives you feeling of your symptoms. I would recommend you to take nasal decongestant like xylometazoline nasal drops. and avoid cold drinks.take hot bath.
