Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain And Sore Throat

My husband has had ear pain and sore throat for over two months and been on two different antibiotics but nothing ever helps. The pain is in front of the ear and goes down under his jaw and down the front of the neck, nothing seems to give relief. If he goes out into wind it starts trobbing horribly, any suggestions?

hello
welcome to healthcare
to me it looks like neural senstivity. avoid exposure of face to cold wind
another condition what i can think of is temporomandibular joint inflammation. but this usually doesnt cause pain on exposure. mainly pain is during chewing.
I dont think antibiotics will help. first try analgesics, if not relieved, visit a neurologist
I find this answer helpful
