Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection

I was diagnosed with viral labarynyhitis February 6 I had this for about 6 weeks unsteadiness and vertigo have never fully gone I then got a throat infection and bronchitis had severe coughing which exasperated the vertigo I also had severe ringing in my ears this last Friday night I had severe tinnitus and then heard a pop and my ear started to bleed went to emergency and they said that I ruptured my eardrum and have an ear infection I am finally on antibiotics and wondering if this ear infection could have been the cause of everything from the beginning?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of viral labyrinthitis followed by coughing and pain and blessing from the ear .
This means the suppurative otitis media was the effect in the las and not the cause of any of the problems like vertigo or tinnitus as they were already present beforehand.
I would advise you to take a proper and intensive course of an antibiotic, decongestants, antiinflammatory and supportive treatment. Continue till you get a cure under the guidance of an ENT and Neurologist.
